Your appointment request will be received by me and you will receive a welcome message to gather more details and ensure a seamless visit. 72 hours before your appointment you will receive a confirmation text – this will be the perfect time to make any adjustments to your appointment.

I CAN’T WAIT TO MEET YOU!

At our first appointment we will plan out your hair goals, maintenance and discuss past hair color history. Your color will be custom formulated and your haircut tailored to your hair based on all of the information I put together during the consultation. The studio also has WiFi, drinks and even a phone charger just in case!

When we are finished I will show you how to replicate your style at home so you can maintain your new look with ease, get you set up with the perfect styling products, make your next appointment and take that perfect Instagram photo!

As a new client, we will require a little extra time for a thorough consultation and time to create your new look! 

Please review my service menu then either go ahead and schedule online or fill out the appointment request form below to submit. If you feel you need more details on booking or services I offer, you are welcome to book an in-person consultation as well.

Cancellation/Return Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service rebooking fee may apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

I always strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. if you are having challenges with your haircut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to adjust with no additional charge. 

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges for 30 days from your initial purchase.
